Valencia CF have reached an agreement to extend the contract of the VCF Mestalla midfielder

Valencia CF have reached an agreement with Lucas Núñez for the midfielder from Alicante, currently playing for VCF Mestalla, to continue his development at the Valencia CF Academy.

Lucas Núñez (born in 2006) is a versatile midfielder who joined the VCF Academy at the age of 11, in July 2017, and has progressed through every stage from Alevín level to the Valencia CF reserve team, even featuring for the first team in a friendly match last weekend.

Last season, he won the Group VII title of the División de Honor with VCF Juvenil A, with whom he also played the final of the Copa de Campeones, and made his debut for VCF Mestalla, featuring both in Group III of the Segunda Federación and in the Premier League International Cup.
